Hey everyone it has been a hot second. January got crazy with that second job which didn't work out so I have been back down to one job for a couple of months now. Which I am very happy about! That second job was horrible, but I will say that I got enough extra cash from that to have bought a new graphics card! It runs so well!! Since then I have been working on new pieces. I have been posting progress work up on my facebook page:www.facebook.com/octobombstudi…. I don't post everyday, but it's a nice way to show progress work without spamming my gallery here. lol

In other news I have a artist table at Indy Popcon which is in Indianapolis, IN. May 30th - June 1st:indypopcon.com/. I will be there with a whole bunch of other amazing artists! So if you are going to be in the Indianapolis area swing by to get your geek on!! And if you come visit me at my table that would be extra awesome!!

Anywhoo, I recently just got a new job doing page layouts for college news papers, but I am still working  at my other job because the new job is just contract work. So I am working two jobs. I will be very busy and I literally will not have a day off from work. I have big plans for some new work, but I will have to get used to this new work schedule first before I can begin on anything.

On top of that my graphics card on my desktop is going out so I haven't been able to work on any of my digital work. I can do some digital stuff on my laptop, but I can't work on anything super complex because it just can't handle the larger file sizes. I have ordered a new graphics card and hope to have it installed this weekend. Then I can get started on a couple of new pieces I have had sketched out for awhile now. Some of the other new pieces I plan to work on are all traditional pieces and I will be using a co-op wood shop to do what I plan to do.

Hello everyone!! It has been awhile, but I have finally got the facebook page going for my Etsy page: OctoBomb Studio!

Please tell as many people as possible since the facebook page will be used for updates on what's for sale and when I will be taking commissions. Plus you will get to see projects while I am still working on them!
I am thinking about starting up a questionnaire type deal on my facebook page too. I want to ask people what they would like to learn about different art products and art in general. Then every month I will share the knowledge that I have acquired over the years on whatever topic is chosen. I think it will be fun!

At the beginning of the year I hope to start on some new art projects that are drastically different than what I have been doing. I won't go into detail right now cause I kinda want to keep it a surprise, but I'll try and post of stuff up on my facebook page while I am working on them!!

I believe that about covers everything. Nothing too excited has happened in the past 6 months or so just been working and trying to do art work in my free time. I hope everyone has an awesome Christmas or Holiday!! Try and stay safe everyone!!

I just noticed how long it has been since I last updated. I have been super busy!

I am currently in my last quarter of school preparing for my portfolio show...so it's kinda been super crazy! I have a Behance page if anyone wants to check it out www.behance.net/ECunningham. I am still upload work onto the site, but you can see some of the projects that I have been working on.

I also still plan to make a facebook page for OctoBombStudio it's just with getting everything together for my portfolio show personal work has been put on hold till June 14th (and some days after for rest)....that is when I am finally finished!

On top of getting work ready for my portfolio show I was asked to show more of my work for another Food Con gallery show the Harrison Center is putting on in July I believe. I need to double check that. lol So I will be trying to get some new pieces done for that show as well. I will post any new work on here and my Behance page too.
